Norman House Lift Refurbishment
‘’Just a quick note to acknowledge how well everyone performed that was involved with the refurbishment of the two lifts in Norman House.
As you know I was a little sceptical regarding LES carrying out this work but was assured by another customer that those concerns were unnecessary and how right they have proven to be.
The way your staff went about their tasks and the finish they have achieved is first class. Please therefore pass my thanks on to everyone that was involved with this project particularly to the two guys that were on site doing the refit they performed their tasks in a neat, tidy and efficient manner.
Since the commencement of my associating with LES some two years ago, there has been a marked improvement in the all round service that you provide, your staff are helpful, friendly and do an professional and efficient job.
Please pass my thanks onto Steve Smith and his service engineers, for their hard work in achieving good results on a regular basis as and when required, its been a slog but now the benefits of their efforts are being appreciated by me, your customer.
