At Lift & Engineering Services Ltd due to our ‘In House’ manufacturing facilities we are flexible and able to provide all types of equipment and drive systems to meet the site conditions or customers specification.

Having this facility also enables us to offer a ‘fast track’ programme to meet the demands of the market, together with a high level of quality control on the equipment offered.

One major advantage in using Lift & Engineering services is that all equipment offered is “Open Protocol” – By this we mean the equipment installed can be maintained by any other of our competitors, and you are therefore not restricted to who services the equipment in years to come.

To do a job well you have to be experienced. The same is true when providing a full replacement or modernising existing lift equipment, were spares are no longer available.

At Lift & Engineering Services Ltd we do not shy away from undertaking difficult projects – why should we?. We directly employee highly experienced engineers competent on all competitors equipment, delivering better control of the installation, who will undertake your request, ensuring care and safety is delivered throughout the project.

For larger schemes our experienced consultants will manage the scheme at the sales stage through to project completion and handover to yourselves – keeping the level of communication between both parties to a minimum.

We are also able to offer a complete ‘contractors’ package, providing all the associated builders work that is required in connection with the installation of the lift works.

Manufacture

Located within the West Midlands at Cradley Heath, providing easy access to the regional motorway network, Lift & Engineering Services Limited provides a complete in house manufacturing service.

Not only do we manufacture new lifts to customer's exact specification and current standards, but we also manufacture many lift and escalator components.

Our comprehensive range of products include Car & Landing Doors and Lift Cars made to either Local Housing Authorities specification or customer specific and bespoke requirements, Lift Slings, Balance Weights, Guide brackets, Machine Guards, Pit Ladders, Shaft Structures, Landing Push Plates & Boxes and Lift Car Operating Panels.

Our 25,000 sq foot facility is equipped with a comprehensive range of modern equipment enabling our highly skilled operatives to provide quality products for the lift industry; coupled with our central extensively stocked lift stores enables us to maintain a wide range of lifts and escalators.

Bespoke Solutions

With over 25 years of experience in the lift industry Lift & Engineering Services Limited have created a unique position by providing Bespoke Solutions for all types of hydraulic and traction lifts, being able to meet client specific requirements gives us the lead in today’s market whether this be for vandal resistant lifts, high quality finished lifts, heavy duty goods lifts and even explosion proof lifts. Managed from our head office and manufacturing facility we are capable of surveying, designing, manufacturing, installing and maintaining all bespoke lifts.

Installation

We take great care when undertaking our commitments and fully understand the importance of reliable and safe working practices.

On-site we have strict procedures to ensure the safety of your employees, visitors and of course our employees whilst working on your equipment. We ensure the area of work is cordoned off and place various safety notices which are visible for your employees and visitors.

Additionally, we maintain appropriate safety and maintenance records to ensure you have peace of mind in all of the areas in which we work.
