Our employees of all ages and roles undertake qualifications from NVQ2 level up to NVQ7 and we have a generic standard in the company that we strive to maintain across all employees and all parts of our operations. The minimum levels of qualification which we seek to maintain are:

  • Apprentices: NVQ2
  • Workshop Operatives: NVQ2
  • Lift Engineers: NVQ3
  • Electricians: NVQ3
  • Supervisors: NVQ4
  • Technicians: NVQ4
  • Testers: NVQ4
  • Senior Managers: NVQ5
