We provide work placements and experience for non-students as well, as a means of those out of work being able to gain valuable experience. Often, these placements lead to permanent placements in our team.

We have worked with a local Council to provide return to work opportunities in our administration teams and a number of our employees joined us from this route. We have engaged persons being made redundant from suppliers and given them a new long term career opportunity just when they didn’t know where to turn next and we have provided short term work placements for others.

Another way in which we support ongoing employment is the transfer of employees from other companies under the TUPE Regulations and we have many successful examples of this as well as some examples of employees faced with the prospect of TUPE choosing to stay with us rather than move on.
