Key to our success, is investing for future growth to deliver continuous improvement in all that we do. But it is not only financial investment – people are at the heart of our business and apprenticeships are a great way of attracting enthusiastic talent with fresh ideas and state of the art abilities for future business.
We firmly believe that apprenticeships provide new entrants to the world of work with a structured and supported start to their career and we certainly consider our apprentices to be a great asset to our business.
We have been a National Apprenticeships Service recognised provider of apprenticeships since 2012 and employ apprentices as part of our engineering and administrative teams. Our apprentices have grown in number and status – we have had some shining examples including, award-winning apprentices Alex Shaw, Nicole Taylor, Oliver Plank and Dale Withey who have all had their commitments to their apprenticeships recognised in apprenticeship awards.
We do not see age as a barrier to opportunity and some of our apprentices started their lift career with us in their late 20s and early 30s.
Many of our long term employees started with the company as trainees or apprentices and have remained with us.
If you are not yet a qualified lift engineer but want to start or develop your career, we offer training and apprenticeship placements in all aspects of our operations. If we have no specific lift engineer vacancies on the website, we will consider speculative CVs from applicants who believe they have something to offer and can add value to our company and ultimately, our customers.
Interested and want to find out more? Please send CVs for consideration to email@example.com and make sure your contact telephone number and email address is included.
Please note, we do not take calls or accept applications from AGENCIES or RECRUITMENT COMPANIES.
