If customers are not entirely satisfied with any element of our work or service, we have robust procedures in place to ensure any issues are resolved to your complete satisfaction. Our Safety, Health, Environment & Quality department is available on a Freephone Number 0808 155 2827 – please ask for Stacey Wilkes, our SHEQ Manager, or SHEQ Officer Gail Carrier who will record your complaint and pass it on to the right person to resolve the matter for you.
Our Customer Complaints procedure is clear and has an escalation procedure if we are unable to resolve your concerns, which is as follows:
Stage 1: Report the matter to our Supervisor for your building and let our SHEQ Department know about it too if you wish to raise a formal complaint
Stage 2: Escalate the complaint to the Contract Manager for your building or their Branch Manager
Stage 3: Escalate the matter to one of our Directors (call 01384 633115 or email firstname.lastname@example.org)
