24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year our dedicated team are delivering servicing and lift repairs to thousands of customers and thousands of items of lifting equipment – both under contract maintenance and new customers asking for our help for the first time. Our maintenance contracts cover a broad range of customer’s needs from mobility lifts in private homes, through to commercial, industrial and public sector businesses with tens and hundreds of lifts around the UK.
Whether your maintenance, breakdown response or repair needs are for mobility, commercial or public purposes – we have a solution for you.
Lift & Engineering Services provide a comprehensive repair service and emergency support – managed by a fully staffed 24/7/365 central helpdesk on 0808 1552827.
Please be aware that if you are not a customer with a maintenance contract then you will be required to make a payment in advance of our attendance or undertaking a repair. We can only apologise for this necessity caused by the commercial behaviours of some past non-contract customers. We accept card payments by telephone during normal office hours.
We also ask you to note that whilst we carry large stocks of normally required parts your lift may contain parts which are not readily available in the UK.
When we undertake a new lift PPM service contract our initial visit to the lift includes a Condition Survey and Asset Data Capture visit of the type recommended by the Building Services Research & Information Association, so that we can ensure we have the full technical data and also assess the regulatory compliance and condition of the lift. Some customers commission us to undertake the more stringent BS EN 81-80 “Rules for the Improvement of Safety of Existing Passenger and Goods Passenger Lifts”. In depth surveys of this kind assist in making relevant recommendations for proactive repair and upgrade works to your lift.
For more information on our detailed range of repair services and to request a review of your lift requirements, please contact us. For release of trapped passengers please call 0808 1552827.
