WORKSCOPE:

LES have a 10 year partnership with Peabody housing association for service, repair and call outs to their passenger and mobility lifts across the Greater London area. This includes all forms of passenger lifts, mobility lifting equipment  and the modernisation and installation of new lifts.

SPECIFICATION:

  • 24/7/365 for service, repair and call outs
  • Maintain over 400 passenger lifts (traction, hydraulic and MRL) up to 24 storeys high in social housing blocks
  • Maintain over 150 mobility lifting units which include through floor lifts, stair lifts , pool hoists, platforms lifts and ceiling hoists in domestic dwellings and sheltered housing schemes
  • Annual programme of planned lift replacements including MRL, traction and hydraulic drives
  • To date, over 30 modernisations undertaken plus the installation of a new pool hoist
